Jesse works with people who train hard, move often, and push their bodies. Whether you’re recovering from a strain, building back after injury, or managing long-term loading patterns.

Jesse brings together Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) with a background in sports medicine to offer treatments that support recovery, tissue resilience, and circulation, without drugs, downtime or guesswork.

What Jesse Treats

He regularly work with people dealing with:

  • Muscle tightness that won’t release

  • Repetitive strain or overuse injuries

  • Joint discomfort or reduced range of motion

  • Delayed recovery between training blocks

  • Nerve irritation (e.g. sciatica, referred pain)

  • Structural imbalances or postural tension

  • General fatigue or burnout in the system

Whether you’re lifting, running, climbing, sparring, or sitting on a bike for hours. Jesse adjusts his treatment based on load, training phase, and what your body is telling him.

Modalities Jesse Use's

  • Acupuncture:

    • to recalibrate the mind muscle connection, release trigger points, improve blood flow or activate motor points

  • Electro-acupuncture:

    • rhythmic nerve stimulation to reset tight or unresponsive muscle groups

  • Cupping therapy:

    • to decompress fascia, improve local circulation, and aid recovery

  • Gua Sha:

    • scraping techniques to target congestion and restriction in soft tissue

  • Tuina-style bodywork:

    • when hands-on manual therapy is indicated

Jesse builds your treatment around how your body presents — some days it’s about releasing, others it’s about rebuilding. Jesse combines pulse, palpation, and functional movement assessment to guide treatment decisions.

Who Will Jesse Work With

He will treat:

  • Athletes in pre-season prep or mid-season fatigue

  • Lifters, climbers, and runners with nagging issues

  • People navigating post-injury adaptation (with or without a physio)

  • Desk athletes with gym goals

  • Anyone trying to train smarter, not just harder

You don’t need to be a pro. If you move, train, or want your body to keep up with your goals, he can help support that.
